The Southwestern Medical District is home to some of the most highly recognized
training, research, and treatment facilities in the country and around the world,
including UT Southwestern Medical Center, University Hospital – St. Paul,
University Hospital – Zale Lipshy, Parkland Health & Hospital System, and
Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

Easily accessible by car, this area is only five minutes away from the Dallas Love
Field Airport and less than twenty minutes from Dallas Fort Worth International
Airport. It will also be connected to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit System
(DART) with a nearby station scheduled to open in 2010.
