BioCenter will be completed in four phases. Connected by a central sky bridge, each three-story building will feature approximately 120,000 gross square feet and 16.5-foot floor-to-floor heights (10-foot ceilings) on each level. Space can be customized as needed, including fully equipped laboratories with point-of-use vacuum, clean/dry air, natural gas connections, back-up power, and deionized/polished water in the core facility.
